Base Salary
$200k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build frontend software and performant, beautiful, usable interfaces.
- Lead technical design discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects.
- Contribute to technical vision and uphold high standards for user experience.
- Improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase, productivity, and team.
- Recruit and interview candidates and develop interview questions.
- Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers and interns.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of frontend engineering experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
- Strong visual judgment and attention to getting the visuals right.
- Track record of shipping high-quality products and developing projects at scale.
- Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously develop technical skills.
