Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for healthcare customers.
- Translate ambiguous problems into scalable solutions.
- Build and deploy AI systems, including RAG pipelines and multi-agent workflows.
- Develop real-time conversational AI systems.
- Work with HL7 v2, FHIR, REST APIs, and X12.
- Build pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Own full lifecycle from design to monitoring.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with product, AI research, and clinical teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, or data integration.
- Strong Python skills.
- Experience with AI/ML systems in production.
- Willingness to be deployed onsite at customer locations for extended periods.
- Experience with HL7, FHIR, REST APIs is a plus.
- Familiarity with Epic/Cerner is a plus.
- Exposure to LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering is a plus.
- Knowledge of voice AI is a plus.
- Cloud and DevOps knowledge is a plus.
