Responsibilities
- Own technical strategy for complex Enterprise opportunities with minimal oversight.
- Drive advanced technical discovery to uncover pain points and differentiation opportunities.
- Host technical workshops aligning solutions to business outcomes.
- Architect and execute Proof of Value plans to secure technical selection.
- Partner with AEs on deal strategy, providing competitive intelligence.
- Serve as a domain expert in marketing technology and analytics.
- Build relationships with R&D to influence Klaviyo’s roadmap.
- Prototype solutions and develop proof-of-concepts demonstrating differentiation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales.
- 3+ years leading technical strategy on high-complexity Enterprise deals.
- Experience with modern development stacks including Python and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and emerging patterns.
- Strong domain knowledge in marketing automation and data engineering.
- Advanced discovery and requirements-gathering skills.
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level and technical discussions.
