Responsibilities

  • Own technical strategy for complex Enterprise opportunities with minimal oversight.
  • Drive advanced technical discovery to uncover pain points and differentiation opportunities.
  • Host technical workshops aligning solutions to business outcomes.
  • Architect and execute Proof of Value plans to secure technical selection.
  • Partner with AEs on deal strategy, providing competitive intelligence.
  • Serve as a domain expert in marketing technology and analytics.
  • Build relationships with R&D to influence Klaviyo’s roadmap.
  • Prototype solutions and develop proof-of-concepts demonstrating differentiation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales.
  • 3+ years leading technical strategy on high-complexity Enterprise deals.
  • Experience with modern development stacks including Python and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and emerging patterns.
  • Strong domain knowledge in marketing automation and data engineering.
  • Advanced discovery and requirements-gathering skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills for executive-level and technical discussions.
