Responsibilities
- Define and maintain security reference architectures for the platform and AI products.
- Own identity and authorization architecture, including for AI agents.
- Set cryptography architecture and key-management standards.
- Design AI guardrails and input/output controls.
- Lead threat modeling on high-risk systems and implement design changes.
- Drive secure-by-design practices into the supply chain and attack surface.
- Establish technical standards that are adopted across the team.
- Stay hands-on by writing and reviewing designs and prototypes.
Requirements
- Deep mastery in secure software architecture, cryptography, and threat modeling.
- Real-world experience with AI and ML security implications.
- Hands-on technical authority with the ability to defend architectural choices.
- Ability to influence senior engineers without formal authority.
- Experience in enterprise-scale, SaaS, or cloud-first environments.
