Responsibilities
- Support up to five Account Executives and multiple active customer opportunities across all segments.
- Partner with the EMEA Sales Director to support the successful launch of Webflow in a new market.
- Guide customers through evaluations to ensure Webflow meets their business objectives and technical requirements.
- Conduct discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development with Account Executives and prospective customers.
- Deliver product demonstrations that communicate Webflow’s benefits and address customer challenges.
- Represent the customer voice to influence short- and long-term product direction in EMEA.
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives advancing Webflow’s mission.
- Travel up to 25%, primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space.
- Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong storytelling, discovery, product demonstration, writing, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Consultative problem-solving approach with a focus on customer trust and relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using AI creatively where appropriate and building fluency in emerging technologies.
- An additional European language is highly desirable.
