Responsibilities
- Partner with up to 5 Account Executives to support multiple customer opportunities.
- Collaborate with the EMEA Sales Director for successful market launches.
- Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow solutions.
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, and technical validation.
- Present effective demonstrations that highlight Webflow's benefits.
- Influence product direction by representing customer feedback.
- Lead strategic initiatives to advance Webflow's mission.
- Travel up to 25% for onboarding and industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, preferably in web development.
- Strong consultative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent storytelling skills for product demonstrations.
- Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to creatively problem-solve with AI.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in an additional European language is desirable.
