Base Salary
$122k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and improve the operator and customer product platform using TypeScript, React, and Rust.
- Ship features in the Electron operator application.
- Collaborate with product and vehicle/systems engineers to translate operational needs into reliable interfaces.
- Own features end-to-end, including user understanding, implementation, testing, documentation, and post-merge follow-through.
- Contribute to full-stack enterprise software work involving data models, APIs, performance, and reliability.
- Independently identify and fix problems while contributing across the Interfaces codebase.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience such as a bootcamp plus portfolio, research, or shipped projects.
- Comfort writing software in TypeScript or Rust and building component-based UIs with React or a similar technology.
- Ability to read, improve, and maintain other people’s code.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, languages, or domains through coursework, internships, research, open source, or personal projects.
- Preferred qualifications include project or professional experience with Rust, React, TypeScript, or Python; exposure to Electron, Tauri, backend development, or databases; coursework or projects involving networks, operating systems, or distributed systems; and experience pairing with AI coding tools.
