Base Salary
$165k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship polished, intuitive UI features for thousands of daily users.
- Build performant, responsive interfaces on top of audio data-processing pipelines.
- Design interfaces that surface LLM- and DSP-based solutions and clarify dataset features.
- Collaborate with researchers and the Operations team to rapidly deploy interfaces for new data-collection initiatives.
- Apply current frontend technologies, design systems, and user-experience practices to the product.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of frontend engineering experience.
- Strong frontend fundamentals, including rapid prototyping and building interfaces that scale to many users.
- A track record of delivering engineering solutions that provide customer value.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with detail-oriented execution.
- Experience building intuitive, polished, production-grade products and user experiences.
- Experience with digital signal processing and a deep understanding of speech is a bonus.
- Experience building interfaces for ML-powered or data-heavy production products is a bonus.
- Experience leading, managing, or technically leading engineering teams in high-growth environments is a bonus.
