Responsibilities
- Lead the technical and logistical deployment of cloud-based ServiceNow solutions across the project lifecycle.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Design and develop custom applications, forms, lists, reports, dashboards, and Service Portal experiences.
- Implement and support REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and JDBC integrations with external enterprise systems.
- Manage platform data through Import Sets and Transform Maps while maintaining CMDB integrity and CSDM compliance.
- Conduct unit testing, support QA and UAT, and manage code migration across instances using Update Sets or CI/CD pipelines.
- Create technical documentation and provide second- and third-level ServiceNow support for incidents, enhancements, and defects.
- Communicate technical designs, problems, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation experience across multiple modules.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
- Certified Application Developer or one or more CIS certifications such as CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITAM, or CIS-SIR is desired.
- Strong scripting knowledge in JavaScript, including GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and general web technologies.
- Implementation experience with at least one major ServiceNow suite: ITSM, HAM/SAM, ITOM, or SecOps-SIR.
- Experience with CMDB, CSDM, Import Sets, Transform Maps, REST/SOAP web services, Integration Hub, and JDBC.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with systems such as SAP, Azure, Active Directory, Teams, Snowflake, or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong understanding of ITSM principles and ITIL best practices, plus experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies for platform development and release management.
- Degree in Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English are required; Spanish is a plus.
