Responsibilities
- Develop daily in Apex, Salesforce Flow, and related Salesforce codebases.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Media Cloud components.
- Build and tune autonomous agents in Agentforce Studio using Prompt Templates and Apex actions.
- Participate in architectural whiteboarding and design end-to-end systems integrating Media Cloud with the existing technology stack.
- Use Jira, GitHub, and Copado for task management, version control, lifecycle management, and automated deployments.
- Build proof-of-concept features, test Salesforce AI capabilities, and share findings with the team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience combining technical architecture with active, daily development.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flow.
- Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce Media Cloud; OmniStudio experience is a plus.
- Direct experience or strong functional knowledge of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI tools.
- Proficiency with Jira, GitHub, and Copado.
- Media or entertainment industry experience is highly preferred.
- Preferred but not required certifications include Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Media Cloud Consultant, Copado Fundamentals I, and Einstein AI Associate or equivalent AI/Agentforce credentials.
