Base Salary
$82k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of Agentforce and Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve data ingestion, retrieval, grounding, security, permissions, sharing, record-access, and agent-configuration issues.
- Build and maintain scalable Data 360 foundations for AI-powered use cases, including ingestion, mapping, harmonization, identity resolution, and retrieval.
- Configure Agentforce topics, actions, sub-agents, instructions, Prompt Builder assets, and RAG capabilities.
- Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Flow and Apex.
- Establish agent testing, tracing, observability, performance measurement, and quality practices.
- Partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce AI solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership from architecture through implementation.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of Salesforce platform experience with strong architecture and implementation expertise.
- Deep hands-on experience implementing and deploying Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
- Strong expertise in Data Cloud (Data 360) architecture and implementation.
- Experience with data ingestion, mapping, harmonization, identity resolution, and retrieval.
- Knowledge of RAG, agent grounding, Prompt Builder, topics, sub-agents, actions, and instructions.
- Strong Salesforce security, permissions, sharing, and record-access troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and Apex.
- Experience with agent testing, tracing, observability, and performance measurement.
- Strong Salesforce platform architecture background.
- Agentforce Specialist and/or Data Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
- Experience building scalable AI-powered Salesforce solutions is preferred.
