Responsibilities
- Design and implement intelligent agents that understand, reason, and orchestrate complex enterprise workflows.
- Build clean, performant, scalable Generative AI applications, LLM-powered solutions, and agentic frameworks primarily in Python.
- Deploy and manage production AI/ML systems and applications in containerized OpenShift environments.
- Apply rigorous engineering practices including testing, code reviews, documentation, and continuous integration and delivery.
- Explore emerging Generative AI models, techniques, and frameworks and contribute to applied engineering and research initiatives.
- Implement responsible AI guardrails and mitigate risks in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Deliver iterative solutions that produce measurable business value and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Expert-level Python programming and extensive experience developing software applications.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and transformer architectures.
- Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK or comparable agentic frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying and managing large-scale AI/ML systems in production.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, clean code, and software engineering practices.
- Deep experience with container technologies, particularly OpenShift.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, communication, and rapid-prioritization skills.
- Experience designing data layers optimized for AI/ML and RAG workloads is preferred.
