Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and applications using Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Integrate generative AI capabilities into existing systems and build new AI-powered applications.
- Develop responsive React chat interfaces with HTTP streaming, asynchronous processing, secure file uploads, and advanced formatting.
- Research advances in generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning.
- Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Build data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Deploy and manage AI models using cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to define and deliver solutions.
- Apply responsible and ethical AI practices and comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Write maintainable, documented code; participate in reviews and architecture discussions; provide technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot and debug AI models and applications and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models, including large language models or other generative architectures.
- Experience with Google ADK or similar Google AI/ML platforms and SDKs.
- Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong React front-end development skills for interactive user interfaces.
- Experience implementing chat functionality, HTTP streaming, asynchronous operations, file uploads, and chat formatting.
- Understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps practices for AI model deployment and management.
- Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving, independent working, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
