Responsibilities
- Plan, review, and revise functional configurations and customizations.
- Build and maintain reporting, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Research and resolve issues while designing new workflows.
- Provide thought leadership in best practices and solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest technology for system integration.
- Lead new releases and test updates for new features.
- Communicate clearly to understand business problems and desired outcomes.
- Act as a liaison with third-party vendor support.
- Provide ongoing system and technical support to users.
- Identify and recommend key technologies to improve business processes.
- Deliver insights and improve data integrity in partnership with FP&A.
- Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash execution.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial processes.
- 3-5 years of experience with NetSuite, including customization and support.
- Direct experience with integrating NetSuite with business applications.
- Strong knowledge of application integration technologies and APIs.
- Proven skills in SQL, JavaScript, and Excel formulas.
- NetSuite Certifications and a BS in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
