Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-scale AI and LLM solutions integrated with HR, Finance, and ticketing/DevOps platforms.
- Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of custom full-stack applications across HR and Legal domains.
- Build document ingestion, chunking, embedding, reranking, retrieval, answer-grounding, citation-generation, response-quality, and hallucination-detection workflows.
- Integrate enterprise systems and APIs, including Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Online, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP CPI, and Oracle OIC.
- Communicate project objectives, milestones, achievements, deliverables, and business outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, and bottlenecks through cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of Java, Python, Ruby, or Node.js and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud services including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong experience with Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, and LLMs.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Experience with vector databases such as Weaviate or Azure AI Search.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, access tokens, ID tokens, RBAC, and security trimming.
- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript and experience with REST APIs.
- Understanding of workflow automation tools such as n8n, Copilot Studio, or Abacus.
- Working knowledge of HR and Finance scenarios, preferably involving SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools such as SAP CPI or Oracle OIC is a plus.
- B.E./B.Tech or master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, and typically a minimum of eight years of related experience.
