Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-performing native mobile features for iOS or Android customers in collaboration with software engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Provide technical leadership for mobile architecture, design patterns, API reviews, and reusable component development.
- Mentor engineers through feedback, code reviews, platform-specific guidance, and technical obstacle removal.
- Develop expertise in mobile performance, accessibility, architecture, and advanced platform capabilities.
- Lead client Backend-for-Frontends and Server-Driven UI architectures for scalable mobile experiences.
- Define engineering practices for feature flags, staged rollouts, quality, performance, accessibility, and testing.
- Champion agentic AI tools and AI-native development practices.
- Make hands-on technical contributions across the modern mobile ecosystem and promote customer-focused engineering standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 3 years of experience building native Android applications with Kotlin or iOS applications with Swift.
- Preferred: experience with SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, Swift Testing, XCUI, JUnit, Espresso, performance tuning, scalable mobile architectures, reusable component libraries, modular architecture, and state management patterns.
- Preferred: experience with BFFs, GraphQL, gRPC/Protobuf, Server-Driven UI, metrics-driven staged rollouts, feature flags, agentic AI coding tools, AI-assisted workflows, CoreML, and TensorFlow Lite.
