Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with software engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-performing mobile features for more than 100 million customers.
- Provide technical leadership for mobile architecture and design patterns.
- Mentor engineers through feedback, code reviews, platform best practices, and technical obstacle removal.
- Develop expertise in mobile performance, accessibility, and architecture.
- Contribute to mobile architecture decisions, API design reviews, and reusable component development.
- Lead the design and development of client Backend-for-Frontends and Server-Driven UI architectures.
- Define engineering practices for feature flags and staged rollouts.
- Champion agentic AI tools and AI-native development practices.
- Make hands-on technical contributions using advanced native mobile capabilities and UI patterns.
- Establish high standards for coding, testing, performance, accessibility, and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 3 years of experience building native Android applications with Kotlin or native iOS applications with Swift.
- Experience with modern native UI frameworks such as SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose.
- Experience designing automated mobile testing suites using tools such as Swift Testing, XCUI, JUnit, or Espresso.
- Experience with native mobile performance tuning, scalable architectures, reusable component libraries, modular architecture, and state management.
- Experience designing mobile BFFs using technologies such as GraphQL and gRPC/Protobuf, and experience with Server-Driven UI architectures.
- Experience with metrics-driven staged rollouts and feature-flag strategies.
- Expertise with agentic AI coding tools and AI-assisted workflow patterns.
- Familiarity with on-device ML frameworks such as CoreML or TensorFlow Lite.
