Base Salary
$120k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Learn a client’s business function and help redesign it alongside senior FDEs and Forward Deployed leadership.
- Build production code for LLM applications, agentic workflows, and retrieval and extraction pipelines.
- Create evaluation harnesses that define and measure system performance before features are built.
- Deploy systems to production on AWS and incorporate lessons into the company’s Blueprint.
- Drive client adoption and develop credibility with engineers, operators, and executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or another STEM field.
- 0–2 years of experience, including internships, co-ops, and research.
- Projects integrating AI into the software development lifecycle that the candidate can explain in depth.
- Hands-on Claude Code basics.
- Strong programming fundamentals in Python or TypeScript.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar subjects quickly and explain complex technical topics to non-engineers.
- Willingness to learn a client’s work in depth before writing code.
- Preferred qualifications include cloud fundamentals, containers, data pipelines, SQL, classical machine learning, MLOps, infrastructure-as-code, open-source contributions, applied-AI projects or writing, and Claude or AWS certification.
- Preferred exposure includes AWS, Azure, or GCP; PyTorch, SageMaker, or MLflow; and coursework in AI/ML or financial services, insurance, healthcare, or asset management.
