Base Salary
$120k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery and solution architecture sessions to identify automation opportunities and map business processes.
- Design, build, and deploy low-code integrations using orchestration platforms, CRM automation tools, and API connectors.
- Configure and optimize the AI Agent, including intents, prompts, actions, guardrails, evaluations, and performance metrics.
- Manage complex cross-functional deployments by defining timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring delivery within scope.
- Create reusable templates, playbooks, models, and reference architectures to scale future deployments.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to validate feasibility, resolve blockers, and inform platform improvements.
- Train peers, run workshops, document best practices, and support enablement for systems integrators and channel partners.
- Run targeted outbound campaigns and collaborate with go-to-market leadership, account executives, and account managers to drive AI product adoption and regional revenue.
- Act as an internal product owner by defining product-specific MRR strategies and coordinating cross-functional support.
- Provide customer and field insights that influence the AI Voice Agent roadmap, product education, and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 0-6+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused project management.
- Client-facing experience is required.
- Strong command of APIs, webhooks, JSON, REST, and GraphQL, with the ability to design and troubleshoot integrations.
- Practical understanding of AI workflow configuration, prompt engineering, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, HubSpot, or Salesforce automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects involving Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
- Preferred experience with MCP Servers, telephony or contact-center systems, SIP, WebRTC, call routing, containment, or AHT.
- Preferred familiarity with Looker, BigQuery, Snowflake, JavaScript, or Python for analytics, customization, and debugging.
- Ability and willingness to continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and customer experience practices.
