Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, test, and maintain backend functionality using APL and C#/.NET.
  • Contribute to component design, code quality, performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver client-relevant functionality.
  • Improve reliability and delivery through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows.
  • Investigate technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs and help develop sustainable solutions.
  • Share knowledge and contribute to technical discussions within the engineering team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies.
  • Solid experience with C#/.NET and backend development.
  • Understanding of object-oriented design, clean code, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows.
  • Ability to work with complex business logic and collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Interest in learning APL; prior APL experience is not required.
  • Experience mentoring engineers or owning a component is desirable.
  • Experience with Azure or cloud-based development, fintech, financial services, regulated industries, or functional, array-oriented, or vector-based programming languages is desirable.
