Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#/.NET or Java.
- Build AI-powered enterprise solutions aligned with Project Elevate.
- Design and implement Model Context Protocol servers, clients, tools, and integrations.
- Develop autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents for reasoning, planning, tool usage, workflow execution, and multi-step task completion.
- Create reusable AI skills, tools, prompts, functions, and workflows for domain-specific use cases.
- Develop an AI harness supporting prompt management, model routing, tool orchestration, evaluation, observability, guardrails, and performance monitoring.
- Integrate large language models with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and engineering platforms.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using structured and unstructured enterprise data.
- Develop APIs, microservices, backend services, and responsive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, domain experts, verification teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, model, and agent execution issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree with around two years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in either C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework, or Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and JPA/Hibernate.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and system design.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native development.
- Mandatory hands-on expertise designing and implementing MCP servers, clients, tools, and integrations.
- Experience building AI agents, reusable AI skills and tools, AI harnesses, large language model applications, and generative AI solutions.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, context engineering, structured outputs, tool calling, function calling, agentic AI frameworks, and orchestration patterns.
- Experience integrating AI models with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and engineering tools.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector databases, chunking, document processing, and semantic search.
- Understanding of AI evaluation techniques including response quality, groundedness, relevance, accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, security, privacy, hallucination mitigation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
