Base Salary
$77k - $107k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs.
- Identify and define system enhancements using application-development procedures, script tools, and code analysis.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend programming solutions.
- Install and support customer-facing systems.
- Apply programming-language knowledge to develop design specifications.
- Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues and perform testing and debugging.
- Identify problems, evaluate information, and recommend and implement solutions.
- Resolve application issues using technical experience and established precedents.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts.
- Assess and manage technology and business risks while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the financial-services industry.
- Intermediate-level experience in an Applications Development role.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.

- Salary range of $76,560–$106,840 per year.
