Base Salary
$77k - $107k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs.
- Analyze code and applications to identify enhancements, vulnerabilities, and security issues.
- Design programming solutions, install and support systems, and conduct testing and debugging.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups to resolve issues and recommend solutions.
- Manage deliverables and outcomes, including quality, timelines, execution oversight, and follow-through.
- Advise or coach new or lower-level analysts and act as a subject-matter expert for stakeholders and team members.
- Exercise independent judgment to address complex or non-routine situations and support compliance and risk management.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Intermediate-level experience in an applications development role.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
