Responsibilities
- Deploy AI agents into pre-visit workflows at large healthcare practices.
- Build full-stack features including UI components, backend services, and data pipelines.
- Configure agent behavior to align with practice-specific SOPs.
- Own production outcomes such as accuracy, reliability, and efficiency gains.
- Diagnose and resolve real-world failures in workflows and integrations.
- Create deployment playbooks and documentation for scaling implementations.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
- Full-stack development skills across frontend, backend, and data flows.
- Applied AI experience in production environments.
- Ability to work directly with customers to translate workflow pain into technical solutions.
- Strong debugging instincts and a proactive approach in high-stakes environments.
