Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and best practices for software quality, scalability, performance, and efficiency.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and make technical decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex technical problems and guide teams through challenging project requirements.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical strategies with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is required.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance custom software solutions within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and enterprise application best practices.
- Ability to lead and guide development teams through complex technical challenges and project requirements.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization for SAP ABAP on HANA platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate software components effectively.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
