Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
  • Build applications using Lightning Web Components, Lightning Experience, JavaScript, Apex, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Maintain Salesforce platform availability and stability and provide on-call support for application issues.
  • Plan and analyze business requirements for system changes and enhancements with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Create testing and implementation plans, support user acceptance testing and training, and maintain documentation.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities, development standards, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Requires experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Experience, Salesforce Flow, Visualforce, Salesforce configuration, and related technologies.
  • Requires knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing, profiles and permission sets, approval processes, App Manager, Case Management, Entitlements, Assignment Rules, Experience Cloud, queues, reports, and dashboards.
  • Requires experience with JavaScript, XML, JSON, FTP, SOAP, REST, APIs, system integrations, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Preferred experience includes Git, relational databases, NetSuite integration, Commerce Cloud, Zeta Platform, Dell Boomi, AWS, and software development outside the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience with legacy Salesforce technologies and Agile development teams using Scrum is a plus.
  • Requires strong communication, collaboration, organizational, problem-solving, systems analysis, and technical decision-making skills.

Benefits

  • The role is located in Bangalore, India and works either 12:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. IST.
  • Employees work from the office five days per week during the initial six-month probation period and then transition to a hybrid work model.
