Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deploy applications for CLEAR’s secure digital identity platform.
- Develop and deliver code across the full stack while promoting best practices in testing, documentation, and observability.
- Work on privacy, security, data modeling, and architecture across multiple industries and domains.
- Partner with product teams and other stakeholders to uncover requirements, innovate, and solve complex problems.
- Make architectural decisions, take ownership of technical outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in technology and processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of backend software development experience in Java.
- Experience with cloud-based application development and fluency in several relevant cloud, containerization, collaboration, integration, and deployment tools.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud service providers.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or comparable containerization technologies.
- Experience with GitHub, Argo, and Jenkins or comparable collaboration, integration, and deployment tools.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with and mentor less experienced team members.
- Comfort with ambiguity, curiosity about technology, continuous learning, and autonomous problem-solving.
