
Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design scalable solutions and evaluate business and technical requirements for complex enterprise customers.
- Serve as lead architect by coordinating multiple architects and aligning with project and engagement managers.
- Guide solution vision, implementation approach, project direction, architecture decisions, and key deliverables.
- Advise customers, partners, executives, account teams, engineering, and product management on technical solutions.
- Configure applications hands-on when required to meet customer needs.
- Mentor customers, partners, and colleagues on technical delivery, communication strategies, and executive influence.
- Lead or contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, teammate development, and community volunteering.
- Support pre-sales activities to position Salesforce Professional Services.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience in a major software domain such as CRM, ERP, or HR.
- Coding experience in object-oriented languages.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Experience guiding customers and project members in evaluating and deploying emerging technology for business use cases.
- Ability to work independently and in distributed teams while taking ownership of problems.
- Ability to rapidly learn new technologies, with strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Availability for regional and occasional international travel based on customer needs.
- Preferred: detailed knowledge of Web Services, data modeling, enterprise application integration, ESBs, ETL tools, and integration patterns involving CMS, ERP, HRIS, and DWH/DM systems.
- Preferred: experience building and delivering coded enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform.
- Preferred: experience as a Senior Architect or CTO leading organizational transformation in a mid-sized or large matrixed organization.
- Preferred: ability to build relationships with C-level, mid-level, and other key decision makers.
