Program Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale architecture across strategic accounts and coordinate multiple architects.
- Align solution vision and guide customers from requirements through delivery.
- Advise C-suite stakeholders on Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI-powered automation, and agentic solutions.
- Review implementation approaches, proactively manage risks, and ensure scalable solutions that follow platform best practices.
- Mentor architects, contribute to pre-sales, build internal knowledge, and support practice growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an architect, with leadership driving digital transformation in large, complex, matrixed organizations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, integration technologies, Data Cloud, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and AI agent orchestration.
- Experience designing and deploying AI-powered and agentic solutions and evaluating emerging technologies for business use cases.
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- Preferred qualifications include experience as a Senior Architect, CTO, or CIO; Salesforce Platform delivery leadership; relevant Salesforce credentials; Salesforce Industries or SAFe certifications; expertise in web services, data modeling, enterprise integration patterns, ESBs, ETL tools, ERP, HRIS, and DWH/DM integrations; and C-level relationship management experience.
