Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end marketing technology stack for demand generation.
- Design and evolve a scalable martech architecture aligned to GTM priorities.
- Evaluate and optimize tools across marketing automation and analytics.
- Architect marketing automation workflows for lead capture and nurturing.
- Ensure seamless lead flow and conversion optimization with Sales and RevOps.
- Manage data flow and integrations across marketing and revenue systems.
- Implement tracking frameworks and multi-touch attribution models.
- Support paid media efforts and build A/B testing frameworks.
- Identify and automate high-leverage marketing workflows.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and manage consent platforms.
- Serve as a bridge across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT for GTM initiatives.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in marketing technology or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Clay and AI platforms like Claude.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Marketo.
- Experience with tracking and analytics tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Proven ability to build and optimize martech stacks impacting revenue.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and conversion optimization.
- Experience with SEO and performance tools like SEMrush.
- Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
