Responsibilities
- Identify CyberOps tasks that could be automated.
- Rapidly prototype AI-driven solutions and build AI agents.
- Design workflow automations using LLMs, APIs, MCP, and orchestration tools.
- Experiment with AI-assisted coding tools, including Claude Code.
- Test, iterate, and improve prototypes.
- Provide structured feedback and recommendations.
- Work directly with the CEO, CTPO, cybersecurity analysts, and product team.
Requirements
- Data Science, AI, or Engineering background preferred.
- Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or similar.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate.
- Basic to intermediate programming skills, preferably in Python.
- Good understanding of APIs, JSON, and data flows.
- Familiarity with LLM usage, including prompting, evaluation, and iteration.
- Analytical mindset; a Data Science background is preferred.
- Understanding of or strong interest in cybersecurity is a plus.
- Autonomous, proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving ability, comfort with ambiguity, fast learning, and clear communication.
