Base Salary
$160k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to identify and create winning sales strategies.
- Communicate Trace3’s value proposition to technical and non-technical clients.
- Capture and process customer information to build robust proposed solutions.
- Develop Bill of Material (BOM)/proposal and provide recommendations using manufacturer tools.
- Prepare and present external demos and training sessions focused on specific architectures.
- Create and develop the technical scope of Statements of Work (SOW).
- Provide accurate services Level of Effort scoping.
- Participate in the solution configuration process with Inside Sales Representatives.
- Provide pipeline tracking for all potential opportunities.
- Offer post-sales technical solutions support and participate in installations.
- Recommend new technologies, best practices, and tools to support business growth.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience providing engineering services.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is preferred.
- Highest level certifications within the Architecture area.
- Understanding of IT operations in a typical corporation.
- Prior experience working for a VAR or Systems Integrator.
- Strong experience designing technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
- Knowledge of various engineering disciplines including Data Storage and Networking.
- Excellent presentation skills for communicating with C-Level Executives.
- Strong understanding of how clients use technology to meet business objectives.
- Familiarity with local district markets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to lead and mentor other engineers.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple language.
- Motivated self-starter comfortable working directly with customers.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
