Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for various use cases.
- Build and maintain cloud-native solutions on AWS using containerized architectures.
- Own and contribute to the full Model Development Lifecycle (MDLC).
- Develop and integrate Python-based ML components with existing product platforms.
- Collaborate with AI Product Managers to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Apply neural networks and deep learning techniques using PyTorch.
- Write robust, production-ready code and participate in code reviews.
- Leverage AI coding tools to improve development velocity and code quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge on ML best practices.
- Support integration of frontend components into ML-powered features.
- Contribute to team process improvements and participate in sprint planning.
- Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory requirements in all work aspects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience with a focus on machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, the team's primary programming language.
- Hands-on experience with deploying classical ML models in production.
- Demonstrated experience with generative AI and LLMs.
- Proficiency in PyTorch and neural network architectures.
- Practical knowledge of the Model Development Lifecycle (MDLC).
- Experience with AWS cloud services and managing cloud-native workloads.
- Containerization experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Daily usage of AI-assisted coding tools in development workflows.
