Base Salary
$165k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Apollo MCP Server and GraphOS MCP Server/Tools in Rust.
- Ship customer-driven improvements on a near-weekly basis.
- Design and build 'Skills' for agent workflows and package them across Apollo's products.
- Improve tool discovery and introspection for AI agents.
- Expand GraphOS platform capabilities as MCP tools for AI agents.
- Engage with customers to understand needs and influence the roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineers across various teams on MCP/Skills work.
- Own projects end-to-end, contributing to codebase health and operational reliability.
- Participate in a lightweight on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Experience with Rust and writing performant, maintainable code.
- Expertise in systems engineering and distributed paradigms.
- Hands-on user of AI developer tools with strong debugging instincts.
- Excellent cross-team collaboration skills and a growth mindset.
- Ability to engage in operational work, not just feature development.
