Responsibilities
- Design and implement core platform features addressing multiple constraints.
- Lead technical initiatives in React and guide front-end best practices.
- Develop high-quality front-end and back-end solutions with automated testing.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams on high-impact projects.
- Create solutions that enhance platform flexibility and scalability.
- Contribute to best practices for CI/CD and iterative development.
- Mentor and support other engineers to foster a collaborative culture.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Senior level experience with React and Java.
- Experience with web services, RESTful APIs, and contract-driven development.
- Strong full-stack development experience, including relational database modeling.
- Proficient in automated testing frameworks like Jest and JUnit.
- Strong SQL and relational database skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and technical project management skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and provide technical vision.
