Base Salary
$148k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve foundational infrastructure and platform services.
- Partner with product teams to define requirements and reduce deployment friction.
- Contribute to the Kubernetes-based platform, including service configuration and traffic management.
- Develop and operate AWS infrastructure with a focus on scalability and resiliency.
- Enhance observability and operational readiness through metrics and alerting.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents.
- Write technical documentation and contribute to design discussions.
- Ensure infrastructure meets regulatory expectations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Ability to build software with a product-first approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to iterate on feedback.
- Desire to take ownership and collaborate with other teams.
- Interest in learning about life sciences.
- Willingness to work onsite in the SF office 3 days a week.
