Responsibilities
- Partner with CS and Product leadership to define the strategy and roadmap for chatbot and email AI agents.
- Design reliable conversation workflows and automations for the chatbot.
- Conduct regular reviews of bot conversations and analyze performance data.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and CS Strategy to enhance chatbot capabilities.
- Expand the types of interactions for the email AI agent and other channels.
- Ensure compliance and security standards are integrated into the AI strategy.
- Manage relationships with AI vendors for customer support solutions.
- Drive efforts to implement agent assist AI tools for increased efficiency.
- Support evaluation of AI tools for other teams within the organization.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in configuring customer-facing AI agents or chatbots.
- 5+ years of experience in customer support backend operations or systems administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in change management.
- Technical acumen to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder updates.
- Adaptability and a growth mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work with technical teams.
