Base Salary
$125k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the enterprise IAM program.
- Run and improve core IAM processes like access requests and certifications.
- Coordinate changes with Security, IT, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues.
- Write and maintain scripts to automate repetitive IAM tasks.
- Contribute backend code and bug fixes in the IAM automation codebase.
- Document runbooks and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in on-call or escalation rotations as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Ability to write production-quality code in Python or a similar language.
- Comfort working with operational processes and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with APIs, scripting, and debugging distributed systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and GitHub-based workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
