Base Salary

$144k - $209k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Run a modern containerized service-oriented architecture and ship production code frequently.
  • Translate advanced R&D patterns into scalable applications and features for SeatGeek’s broader workforce.
  • Design and scale foundations that enable effective use of AI and agentic workflows across the company.
  • Build performant tools and system integrations that improve efficiency for teams across the business.
  • Guide non-technical users toward greater building capabilities through robust system architectures and feature sets.
  • Evaluate new technologies and improve the software and AI tooling stack.
  • Collaborate across teams and disciplines to develop effective products.

Requirements

  • Experience building business-critical software in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience solving complex technical challenges, including real-time data integrations, scaled agentic workflows, or AI-enabled automation.
  • Strong software craftsmanship and high standards for code and technical quality.
  • A product mindset focused on user experience, business impact, and effective products.
  • Commitment to collaboration, mentoring, and learning within a diverse team.
