Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot IT service management solutions to meet business needs.
- Analyze the business functions of ITSM applications and provide effective solutions and support.
- Use ITSM platforms to manage services and minimize disruptions to business operations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to ITSM solutions.
- Provide technical consulting and troubleshoot code or system designs.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and work with cloud-based AI and ML services.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as an Application Developer.
- Experience managing and maintaining ITSM solutions such as Remedy, ServiceNow, IBM Control Desk, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience understanding ITSM applications and their business functions end to end.
- Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues.
- Familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical issue decomposition.
- Experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, and their AI/ML services.
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, and Google Cloud products such as Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and Gemini.
- Experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax, Ray, TPUs, GPUs, encoders, decoders, transformers, and machine learning APIs.
- Experience reading code in a general-purpose language such as Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go, or JavaScript.
