Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot IT service management solutions.
  • Analyze the business functions of IT service management applications and provide effective solutions and support.
  • Use IT service management solutions to manage IT services and minimize disruptions to business operations.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to IT service management solutions.
  • Apply technical consulting expertise across multiple IT service management environments.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models and work with generative AI and cloud AI services.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience.
  • Experience managing and maintaining IT service management solutions such as Remedy, ServiceNow, IBM Control Desk, or equivalent solutions.
  • Experience understanding IT service management applications and their business functions end to end.
  • At least 2 years of experience reading code in a general-purpose language or working in system design.
  • At least 2 years of experience with machine learning model development and deployment.
  • At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues.
  • Experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, and their AI/ML services.
  • Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and Google Cloud products such as Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and Gemini.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks, AI accelerators, model architectures, and machine learning APIs.
  • Familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical issue-resolution skills.
