Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements.
- Adapt application features, manage software releases, and maintain system stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new application features.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions and integrate Salesforce applications with external systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for application configuration and deployment.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, collaborate across multiple teams, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce OmniStudio Platform, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations for scalable solution design.
- Experience integrating Salesforce applications with external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Familiarity with low-code development environments and tools.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control in Salesforce environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
