Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage software releases, deployments, application updates, and system stability.
- Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce applications with external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Lead technology evaluations and integrations to improve application functionality and efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
- Apply application lifecycle management, release management, and version control best practices.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture is stated in the additional information.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong expertise designing scalable and maintainable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve them effectively.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management, release management, and version control best practices.
