Base Salary
$240k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive technical strategy and roadmap for the Issue Workflow platform.
- Solve complex performance and scalability challenges.
- Champion product quality and user experience by building delightful features.
- Mentor and elevate other engineers, helping them grow their skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years in full-stack software engineering, ideally with Python and Typescript.
- Expertise in domain modeling, distributed systems, data stores, and message queues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Kafka is preferred.
