Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack Java applications and microservices for payment initiatives.
- Design and build scalable, cloud-ready applications while supporting software operations and production systems.
- Use Java and Spring Boot to deliver software products across database, messaging, user interface, and reporting layers.
- Coordinate with Mastercard teams across multiple geographies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive automation, continuous integration and delivery, quality engineering, and code-quality initiatives.
- Support online/real-time and batch application development and contribute to software design and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and containers/PaaS.
- Solid developer experience on Agile projects.
- Knowledge of full-stack product development, including database, messaging, UI, and reporting.
- Experience developing online/real-time and batch applications.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Strong automation and code-quality focus, with active involvement in quality engineering initiatives.
- Cloud technology experience is an advantage; Kubernetes experience is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English are mandatory.
