Responsibilities
- Lead the development, training, evaluation, and optimization of AI models for document intelligence and compliance automation.
- Define and evolve training pipelines, datasets, and evaluation frameworks for scalable model development.
- Guide the optimization of SLMs, FastText classifiers, and LLM-assisted workflows.
- Establish domain intelligence frameworks and best practices for regulated industries.
- Define model quality metrics and validation approaches to enhance accuracy and explainability.
- Analyze production behavior and collaborate with teams to improve model performance.
- Mentor team members and contribute to AI engineering standards and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience with NLP, document intelligence, or machine learning systems.
- Proven experience in developing, training, and optimizing machine learning models.
- Strong Python development skills and familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with model training, data annotation, and MLOps practices.
- Understanding of modern AI technologies like transformer models and LLMs.
- Experience with data quality testing and model performance measurement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
