Base Salary
$210k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve autonomy KPIs and performance metrics.
- Lead development of evaluation and validation infrastructure.
- Design scalable testing and performance-analysis methodologies.
- Build simulation-driven validation workflows.
- Develop tools for failure analysis and scenario mining.
- Drive data-informed prioritization of autonomy improvements.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to team growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in autonomy, robotics, simulation, ML infrastructure, validation, analytics, or large-scale software systems.
- Strong software engineering and system design skills.
- Experience leading technical projects from concept through deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ownership and a track record of driving difficult technical problems from ambiguity to successful deployment.
- Preferred experience includes autonomous driving, safety-critical systems, simulation platforms, data mining and analytics, ML evaluation and benchmarking, and statistical modeling.
