Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for business-critical financial technology solutions.
- Own, maintain, and improve document scraping, transformation, ingestion, and digitization tooling.
- Process incoming document digitization requests and scale tooling to support new regulators and document formats.
- Collaborate with Knowledge Engineers to establish parsed-document standards and improve automated test coverage.
- Work with product managers, business experts, solution leaders, and clients to develop parsing tools and applications.
- Own the tooling platform independently and make decisions based on design and architectural best practices.
- Use AI-assisted development and modern tools for rapid prototyping and application development.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and observability.
Requirements
- Require 8 to 12 years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
- Require strong proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language.
- Require experience building tools that integrate with external APIs.
- Require proven independent, end-to-end development and ownership of full-stack applications.
- Require experience with AI-assisted development for rapid prototyping and application development.
- Require strong backend development experience, including APIs, services, and distributed systems.
- Require experience with relational or non-relational databases.
- Require knowledge of software design principles, secure coding practices, and application architecture.
- Require experience with source control, automated testing, and continuous delivery practices.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud; Agile or DevSecOps delivery environments; and banking, payments, financial services, or fintech solutions.
