Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, and independently implement enterprise-grade software features.
- Design and implement customer solutions in collaboration with architects, business analysts, customer teams, and implementers.
- Work with SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, and large-volume data in complex database environments.
- Interact with customers to understand business requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Debug issues, resolve customer functional problems, and complete complex tasks independently.
- Plan and perform unit and functional testing.
- Ensure solutions align with design documents and enterprise standards.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to professional domain knowledge.
- Plan, prioritize, and take ownership of assigned work.
- Work in a hybrid arrangement with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, and large volumes of data.
- Experience with MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL in complex database environments.
- Proven experience developing banking and financial services solutions.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience collaborating with architects, business analysts, customers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- High level of verbal and written English proficiency and experience in a client-facing role.
- Preferred exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Actimize development, or capital markets.
- Preferred experience supporting customers, working in a product organization, and delivering professional services or implementations.
- Familiarity with scalable, multi-user, and secure coding practices.
