Base Salary
$132k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop automated DFMEA tools, reliability program plans, fault-management databases, and reliability modeling capabilities.
- Automate reliability and functional tests using scripts, control scripts, monitoring, and reporting tools.
- Build and transform reliability and field infrastructure analytical data pipelines to calculate and report system reliability against allocated goals.
- Design, develop, document, and expand the reliability test automation framework using open-source tools.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with hardware, software, reliability, test, and data science teams to improve automation and validation workflows.
- Install applications and databases relevant to automation and identify opportunities to automate reliability and test processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working on systems automation.
- Proficiency in Python, scripting, and build and test software or tools.
- BS/MS in a technical field, with competence in data science, AI, and machine learning; computer engineering degrees are desired.
- Proven ability to design database schemas.
- Experience with project management and independently managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with hardware/software engineers, reliability/test engineers, and data scientists.
- Creative and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a desire to continually upgrade technical knowledge.
