Base Salary

$132k - $189k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop automated DFMEA tools, reliability program plans, fault-management databases, and reliability modeling capabilities.
Automate reliability and functional tests using scripts, control scripts, monitoring, and reporting tools.
Build and transform reliability and field infrastructure analytical data pipelines to calculate and report system reliability against allocated goals.
Design, develop, document, and expand the reliability test automation framework using open-source tools.
Gather requirements and collaborate with hardware, software, reliability, test, and data science teams to improve automation and validation workflows.
Install applications and databases relevant to automation and identify opportunities to automate reliability and test processes.

6+ years of experience working on systems automation.
Proficiency in Python, scripting, and build and test software or tools.
BS/MS in a technical field, with competence in data science, AI, and machine learning; computer engineering degrees are desired.
Proven ability to design database schemas.
Experience with project management and independently managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Ability to communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with hardware/software engineers, reliability/test engineers, and data scientists.
Creative and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a desire to continually upgrade technical knowledge.

Fully onsite position based in San Jose, California.
