Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and building internal tools, products, workflows, and integrations.
  • Develop automations using scripts and APIs to connect SaaS tools and reduce manual work.
  • Write SQL queries and custom scripts and help implement logic in low-code platforms.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to understand needs and deliver technical solutions.
  • Support initiatives that integrate AI technologies into internal processes.
  • Create clear documentation for the systems and solutions developed.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Available to work 15–20 hours per week during the semester, with potential for more hours during semester breaks.
  • Good fundamental knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Academic knowledge of or initial hands-on experience with APIs, SQL, and data manipulation.
  • Interest in learning low-code platforms such as n8n and Zapier and CI/CD concepts such as GitHub Actions.
  • Product mindset and interest in connecting code to user experience and business outcomes.
  • Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
