Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and building internal tools, products, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop automations using scripts and APIs to connect SaaS tools and reduce manual work.
- Write SQL queries and custom scripts and help implement logic in low-code platforms.
- Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to understand needs and deliver technical solutions.
- Support initiatives that integrate AI technologies into internal processes.
- Create clear documentation for the systems and solutions developed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Available to work 15–20 hours per week during the semester, with potential for more hours during semester breaks.
- Good fundamental knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Academic knowledge of or initial hands-on experience with APIs, SQL, and data manipulation.
- Interest in learning low-code platforms such as n8n and Zapier and CI/CD concepts such as GitHub Actions.
- Product mindset and interest in connecting code to user experience and business outcomes.
- Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
