Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend infrastructure focused on permissions, auditability, traceability, and observability.
- Design and manage deployment architectures for hosted and self-hosted environments using infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Improve production system reliability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with product teams to ship features while maintaining quality standards.
- Drive AI-native development practices that enable rapid, high-quality releases.
Requirements
- 1–6 years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and NestJS for production backend services.
- Hands-on production experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with high ownership and low process.
Benefits
- €70,000–€110,000 annual salary.
