Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver highly scalable software systems for global fintech and payments use cases.
- Lead backend and frontend engineering efforts focused on distributed systems and financial products.
- Develop wallet, payment, credit, and anti-fraud solutions using Java, Kotlin, and React technologies.
- Own services end to end, including infrastructure automation and continuous deployment.
- Apply secure coding practices, design patterns, SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design to build resilient systems.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentorship, and continuous engineering improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and delivering software systems in complex global business domains, particularly fintech or payments.
- Deep backend engineering expertise with a strong preference for distributed systems.
- Hands-on mastery of Java, Kotlin, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JUnit.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong ownership mindset with enthusiasm for automation, continuous deployment, and reliability.
